I have kinda of the reverse problem with my dread mob army. If the game ends earlier, I have a greater chance of winning, as the opposing side is wary of getting into CC range of 16 walkers, so they will constantly try to keep them away, which allows me to concentrate on objectives.<br /><br />However, since the walkers are not particularly durable, and I lose 2-4 a round, the tipping point for the dread mob is usually turn 4. If it goes past turn 5, I always lose. I don't wanna buy a LR for them so rhino is the way to go. Marching behind their rhino isn't a bad tactic though. Keeps em out of LOS for the most part and you actually want the rhino to get wrecked for the blood tithe point. I wanted to try a list that maybe I could bring to a tournament. I thought to have build a strong list, so I gave them 50 pt to spend more than myself and the advantage to know exactly what I was bringing, a couple of days before.<br />CSM brougt a LOT of flamers fast moving or deepstriking. They easily killed all my jetbikes. My flyer was not really helpful because there were not other flyers on theyr list, my WK (yes, this times was not unfair to bring him) broke a Rino and killed the troops inside and spent the rest of the game trying to avoid the wolves, that meanwhile finished my vehicles and all the remaining troops. At the end of the game only the wk and half of the swooping hawks where on the board, but I won because of the objectives (12-6). <br />I was bringing all the things that are scaring the net nowadays: 12 jetbikes, a farseer, aspect host formation, d templates weapons... but it was not at all the "auto win" faction everybody is afraid of.
