I'm in MD, which is relatively about 5% less humid then florida (sometimes I swear it's worse). Dehumidifier and suddenly everything works again.<br /><br />Even the airbrush doesn't quite work right when its in the upper levels of humidity and heat.<br /><br />Trick in winter though I learned...heat up the spray can inside before spraying outside. The smaller the pigment the better as well. The best black I have found is the cheap buck a can walmart flat black. We often don't drop below ...I live in Florida. We often don't drop below 80' even at night. Our humidity level is high enough that you float a boat. I still spray paint all the time. I've found that it can be managed by holding the spray spray closer to the models and spraying in short bursts. You can't batch spray, but have to spray each model individually and shake the can vigorously and often.<br /><br />As for clear coat, I only use brush on. Spray clear coat always frosts my models.
